Frank was born in 1971 in Cologne. In 1989 he moved to Berlin where he ran several clubs and discotheques. In 1994 he founded his first production company and has been working as a film producer ever since. After two years in Rennes, France, he moved to Munich in 2001. He works mainly with Leica Cameras in black and white and with ambient light. His key areas are portrait and architectural photography. Light, shadow, structure and surface.
